The Power of Learning

In our early years we learn the meanings of “words”, these words are later combined to make subject material.  What a wonderful evolution to have the ability to write down our thoughts, our remembrances, our ideas, our fantasies and record our history, among the many many usages of the written words, and too, spoken words.

Today, so much is lost in the sound bits, the short blast of 140 character communication scripts, and other elements which come along with ‘how” technology is sometimes used.

There are wonderful usages for and of technology, of which has been of great benefit, and some has brought a variety of abusive uses which become detriments. Be of care to interpret words, their contextual meanings and their usage and placement within what is communicated.

Learning to embrace the artistry of words and thus learning to indulge the fantastic function of reading, as well too, listening and most certainly gaining the understanding of perspective to embrace comprehension.  These things of such basics has propelled mankind to do, create and improve many things, while opening the mind to explore the once unaware angles and trajectories of thought and inquiry. We become to be better individuals. 

We can speak or read a words and it can inspire many thoughts in many directions, though when we read with concept of perspective intent, we can follow the flow of what is being communicated, to grasp the aim to understand what is communicated.

Everyday there is so much more to learn, it includes new things, old things and past things and helps us think about future things, as well as it can be a joy “relearning” things we thought we know, by the grasp of seeing it presented in a different perspective with a different angle of trajectory.

Let not an inflamed emotion rob one of what is available to be learned, let not the frozen like mindset deny one the ability to grow and expand in conscience awareness, for learning is always an ongoing process.  It’s like the wonders of refinement, what is refined makes often times what is better than what was unrefined, therefore expanding capability and improving functional application is yours to embrace.

When we – as the adults of the society_ become to value among things we consider top priority, then we are open to learn, thus we too, are motivated to help our offspring’s to embrace the value of learning.

Learn new words, learn to speak and utilize new words, and work on ones voice and diction, that one may speak words clearly.  This will help with the usage of “context”, therefore expanding our understanding, usage and ability to comprehend the usage of words. Thus so, expanding out ability to be and become improved in our effective aims of communication.

Learning is living and within living there is always the opportunity, for experiences in Learning.

Look in the eyes of your children”.. you may be awakened

If each parent look in the eyes of their children, they may learn many things.

Let’s start with schools,  if you look in the eyes of your children, you may learn why they don’t perform as people did years ago, in academic endeavors.

One their schools have cut out all the programs that help build cultural and developmental pride.
They no longer have a band, they don’t have a choir, they don’t have 4H clubs, Girl Scouts and Boy Scout programs are gone, they don’t put on plays, and have no idea of what a drama class is, they don’t teach civic’s anymore, there is no sports teams at the elementary schools, there are not sports team at 75% of the junior high schools, there is no cheer leading programs, no tennis programs, no golf programs..  All this has been stripped away, all to try and turn them into accountants and bookkeepers, who result to have developed no social concept of self value, they have been robbed of cultural grooming programs, Arts and Crafts does not exist in many schools. and basic Home Economic  is not only void, it forgot to teach about basic financial management.
Instead of a society that is progressing , We’ve regressed so far, and all we can think to do is blame it on the kids.

All these programs taught social values, each of them taught team working, and how to function in a society with other human beings,  they taught the value of community, as well as gave kids something to belong to, of which they could take pride.  When these programs were removed, Gang increased, delinquency increased, and kids created their own networks.  Because of our failure and disregard to sustain and maintain these programs in our educational facilities.

Many educators became so elite minded, they forgot about these rudimentary things, all they could see was to groom corporate spokes, that could ride title for the sake of a dollar and status. but the humanity factor was tossed under the bus.

We cut programs because we say they cost too much, but it cost of 4 times as much for delinquency, and every other social malfunction which results because we have so little regard for positive and interactive social grooming programs.

Even churches across the city, with these elaborate facilities, that remains locked 5-6 days a week, all so the Pastor can claim how big of a building their church houses, but they have not functional social programs, that truly remain an open flow for children to utilize.  Church after church, became no more than ‘Real Estate Gambits”,  of buy and sell, and then move out on the outskirts and build new ones, but no one can fill those which already exist.   We never developed such a concept of ‘associate Ministry, because every pastor wants his own kingdom, rather rather than to think in terms, of Gods Kingdom, which is based on Unity, not denominational divides.  Even people today, talk more about the pastor than about the God the pastor should be directing them to honor.

Young people will gravitate to church, but they are not going to rush to “Fire and Brimstone methodology of teaching”, unfortunately some church are simply not willing to change to attract these young people.   young people want to learn what is good, what is right and what is positive, they don’t want to be beat over the head, but simply taught the lesson of wisdom, to put to functional use in their lives.

In Schools for the past 25 years kids have been telling educators, that the method of teaching is not only dis-interesting, but it become a bore in a world where technology has exposed them to many levels of functional application.  Kids have demonstrated by their quick grasp of technology, how advanced their ability is to learn, and they have show, they excel by interactive learning. Not just sitting with a book and listening to a lecture, that has no time to discuss anything, because of a scoring mandate. Which moves the lesson plan along to satisfy legislators, while it leaves the children behind, in unlearned situations.

Teachers can’t teach because they are mandated to push “rote memorization”, when Americans learn by interactive involvement, they want to know, the who, what when, where and certainly the “why’s”.. But today educations does not deal with it. The only response the Student gets is, being told, “We will get to it later”, but later never comes.

Young kids at many of the inner city schools do not even get free time recreation breaks, they are controlled as if they are in a boot camp and many are not even in the 4th or 5th grade.  they are herded to the cafeteria, and then whisked back to the classroom, and people wonder why they suffer from Attention deficit, and have un manageable energy, which is then exercised as class room disruptions.

No schools in higher income neighborhoods function this way, because the parents won’t allow it, and the students will make sure their parents know their human dignity liberty is stripped away, and they are being processed liked robots.  But this is done in the less financial and poor economic neighborhood schools as a scripted program and process.  The kids are considered to be trouble students, and then eyes of the adults convey that to them, and they respond in kind.

Look into the eyes of the children, and much can be seen.  when kids have programs they can join, such as sports, band, drama, dance, choir, 4h. Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Science programs, debate teams, swim teams, soccer, tennis, golf, and some of the sports that are only found at high income community schools.  Yet, we wonder why, kids rebel so much, when they are made to feel inferior by the things which has been taken from them.  they are made inferior by the opportunity programs, that is no longer a part of the school system.   Yet, we wonder why they are obese, and have no physical involvement in anything.

We are the Problem, as being the Adults of this society.   We allowed the status of material things, the status of job and title, and the claim that money makes us more than we are as social human beings.  We’ve become so obsessed into these things, we have diminished even the function of family engagement.

We’ve allowed greed of every sort to invade the industry of this nation, to the point, that we ourselves have become indentured servants to a system, that gouge us and strip away product quality and services.  Not because the company can’t make a profit, but because the executive ranks, want to make a kings ransom, or sell away the company and collect a bounty, while stripping and ripping and leaving American citizens unemployed.  We sit idle and watch executive compensations, imply that we are worthless as workers, when the executives pay themselves 100’s of time more than the average work, and then take away the basic benefits of the employees.

Even the simplicity of Lunch breaks are not taken, and people made to work an extra hour, for lunch, and this has cut away time for parents to be home with their children, or to go to their children after school functions, or to see to it their kids get to and from practices or participate in programs at their schools.

The more we swallow these things, in silence, the more poor society becomes in both the household economics, poor in social values, and there is almost no such things as community unity. its simply a group of houses in a common area, where people play status measurement against and upon each other, about who’s got a new car, and what kind of clothes they wear, and how fresh is the paint on their home.

We created this madness, the children did not create it, it is the Adults.  We think today, the only thing that matters, to is buy the kid the latest fashion costume, or gadget, and claim that we are the best parent, because of who’s kid has the most gadgets, and who’s kid is so elite they don’t even have to take out the trash or cut the lawn, or rake the leaves, or even to clean their own room.

Yet, we wonder what happen to society… Well, what happen is the Adults lost concern for the things which build a better citizenry.    some Areas do not even have a movie house, for kids to frequent, but they have enough nail shops and hair salons, or Circle K markets, and they are surrounded by enough Wal marts.    there is no such thing as a small craft shop, or a repair shop of any kind that a kid can get an after school job.  there is no more community business, that contribute to community center little league teams.   But here we are with a state motto as being “Sportsman Paradise’  – we should be purely ashame as to what we have allowed to erode.

We now have a society of obese adults, because status and looking what some call professional, in designer attire, has made people unaware of the need for physical activity.  the delusion is so deep, that people fix their hair, or slap on a wig, and paint their nails and buy a designer label, and forget that their body mass is expanding astronomically.

Unfortunately today, we have women in mass volume who have lost the appreciation of their natural selves, and wigs dominate the landscape, if one is in a situation where a wig is used for a various problems of some sort, that is not much of something to address. but when people simply choose a wig over, taking time to groom their hair, then that tells much of a story.

The kids in turn replicate this process, and we see excessive  obesity among the young people, it is so high, that it is a national security risk to the whole of the nation.

Today, we see parents go to schools, physically looking any kind of way, it never dawns on those parents  who do so craziness, to consider how  they invoke an embarrassing situation upon their kids.   it shows,  that when the parents has not the dignity of mindset to properly groom and prepare themselves to address the school their child attends, then what else do they ignore to consider as it relates to their child and themselves for that matter.
Sadly as a nation of people, we elect politicians, and they go to the State Capital as if they are a Guru, in turn, ignore the voice of the people, and go so far as to pass legislation that impact how to destroy education programs.  They should deal strictly with assuring that funding is provided to the school districts, not try and mandate how educations should be engaged on a district level. Nor telling districts what programs they must cut, and taking money away from cultural and social grooming programs within schools.

Most of the Politicians kids go to private school, yet, they are in the capital dictating public school programs, when they have no respect for it, otherwise if they did their kids would be attending public schools.
Voters need to be mindful of these things when they cast votes, until we rid this menace from the Political process.  You did not send them to the capital to dictate how schools education is conducted, you sent them there to assure that funding is allocated to support schools systems, not to sit and monitor the grades of students and play jockey games with the funding, because they want scores, for their political benefit. at the expense of children, and providing them a full rounded educational experience.

Politicians won’t address banking rip offs and the collusive rips and strip interest rate games banks play, but they want to get involved in how your child is afforded an full service educational experience.

If Politicians, understand what matters, they would have put a cap and freeze on home interest rates, in the namesake of children, schools and community, because when they allow banks to create a climate of foreclosure, it directly takes away from taxes that support schools.  and give that money to greedy bankers, by kicking people out of homes with exaggerated interest rates.

Society must learn how to connect the dots, and they will know quickly, how to fix the problems that face this society.

We can pay billions to fight wars we can’t win, but we can’t spend billions to improve our educational system, yet we wonder why we’ve fallen below 26th in the world as it relates to educations, and we’ve fallen off the charts in industrial stability.

They’ve been made to see a hopeless future – by our own folly.

This nation no longer respect the common worker, unless they are given a title of some sort, and this translates to bad situations for the children of today and their vision of being respected in the days of tomorrow.

“College Fund Programs” – Can we improve the model and/or change the paradigm

All the multitude of “College Fund Programs” which collect MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS A YEAR.

With that kind of money in society, we need many of these Organizations which support current day “College Funds” to stop wasting that money and understanding the methods they waste money, benefits only 1 out of 10.
We result to neglect million upon millions of our youth by this very programming. 1 out of 10 is a terrible statistic. It should tell that the best use of the money is not being gained.

It is best to utilize the money within those Funds “To Buy” previously closed schools and set up quality level VOCATION AND TECHNICAL program at MINIMAL cost for students.

SIMPLE FIX is COMBINE that money to buy and set up these campuses, and use the Pell Grant funds students can get and a Cap of $7500 to be paid by the student. (This money is loaned to the student at 2% over a fixed term with a interest amount cap that is no greater than 2% with a fixed amount, so by the time they finish the program, they will owe no more than $9,000) this is more than enough money to support the training and management of these Vocational and Technical Training Centers.

When we give social and civic respect to these Vocation and Technical centers, we then change the delusion in kids minds, that they are not worthy if they don’t have some University Name connected to them, They can be proud to have completed a Vocational or Technical Center, which gives them the same sense of self respect and social respectability that we give to people who over pay University, for a status title. The big difference is, these vocational and technically trained youth, actually know how to do something and can do something with a trained skill to support them.

If they do the smart thing and create these types of programs all across the nation, they can put pressure on the overpriced universities to understand that the business of selling degree is no longer going to dominate the landscape and fill these degree graduates with self grandeur delusions. We do this by focus on setting up high volume good structured, Vocational and Technical programming. Kids will fill these campuses immediately.
Tech changes every 6 months, so there is no such thing as a 4 year wonder, being some genius, or above what can be taught to young people in a 6-18 month Technical – Vocational Programming Structure.
One thing for sure, the Vocational and Technically trained student will have more hours of study dedicated to a single field, than 6 yrs Graduate from a University. Because the University fills the Student with useless classes for the sake of profit, then tell them, they can take an addition 10 units and get a second BS degree after they’d paid into the system for 4 yrs.

Look at the CEO of You Tube, she graduated with a English – Literature Degree, but how she got to be the head of YouTube, she went on to start from scratch and enroll into a Technical program, which was between 6-18 months and learned an actual usable skill, and start working in the industry as a technical code writer.
Nothing about all the time she wasted in University was part of her rise, other than how a system is duped to give credit for a degree, when it has nothing to do with a field, only which one paid into a system.

Without the Technical Training she’d still be out pursuing work, and certainly not in English-Literature, because that is not a field that is beneficial to anything but ‘letter writing” unless one is going to be a Teacher, or a curator in some Museum or such.

Microsoft, would never have existed if Gates had stayed in school, listening to Professor telling him what won’t work, the same was true for most of the current day Tech giants. These people learned a technical skill and built mega companies. A University Degree had nothing to do with it, because they did not have it.
The only reason many people who succeed go back and get it, is because of “status”, it is nothing more than a Status symbol, ( except in Medicine, Sciences and Such fields, where people actually go to work and stay in those fields).
Most graduates with degree, do not work anywhere close to the field they got their degree. We see it on the web every day, with articles, talking about “useless degree”, we see it in the unemployment sector, of people with a variety of ‘do nothing degree”, claiming they can’t get a job. Because the degree only benefits the University to collect profit from students and feed them ego enlarging delusion that they are somehow more special than other.

Vocational and Technical Programming, is the best use of these funds from many of these organizations, they will help countless thousands and millions. Instead of only helping 1 out of 10 go chase a Delusional Degree in some non performance field.
Yes, award those college funds to people who pursue Medicine, Sciences and the hard function fields as such. But not for all these “sit behind a desk and do nothing aims of non performance degree labels”.
Any young person studying Medicine and Sciences should have no problem getting college support funding.
But help the masses with Vocation and Technical Training Programs.

Many Region has all these closed up and boarded up facilities, which could be used to train 1,000 of students a year with technical and vocational skills. Instead we let them set empty after many years we paid for the construction and maintenance, now we let them sit there empty, when out need is far greater than it has ever been for a more advanced technical and vocational training of our young people.

At a payback rate, on $9000 for 5 yrs based on fixed interest cost for the money, that would equal $150 a month, which breaks down to $125 to principal and $25 to interest.
The benefit to the Student would be astounding, the benefit to community will be even greater and the benefit to our over all society will elevate us to meet the 21st Century with Optimism.

We don’t need any complex math to calculate this, nor the criminal small fine print that becomes nothing more than collusive jargon meant to complicate something that is otherwise already made simple.

The investor makes $300 a year on a $9000 loan, which starts repayment after the course completion. We are not factoring to add any cost on the loan for the 18 months during the term of the course. this is the Good will benefit the student gains, where they can focus on their study. If the student drops out, they are responsible for the entire Loan. PERIOD. !!!!! IT HAS TO BE A SANCTION MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR SOMETHING AGREED TO BY LENDER, IF THAT STUDENT HAS TO TAKE ANY TIME OFF, DURING COURSE TERM.
This will commit the student to complete the course.

this can also benefit many people, who would sponsor this via a program, which would gain them $300 a year on a 9k loan, which results to become good income. We can also make this income “tax free”.
We’d have so much investment in this areas that it would be no shortage of money for any Student to get funding for this program.

This is how we combat the madness of Banks and such, The 2% leaves enough money for the company that administers the loan to earn $375 for process and managing each loan.
For every 1000 students funded, that equal a profit of $375,000 for the lending agency. ( we can make that TAX FREE profit)
for every persons who funds this, @a profit gain of $300 PER YEAR, if a company sponsored these funding, they would earn $300,000 per Year for every 1000 students funded. That is a total of $675,000 a year for every 1000 Students funded by an organization.
If that is TAX Free, where can you earn that type of interest which is fairly assured.

I would be great to modify the 529 Plan, and make it work under the benefit for Vocational and Technical Training. As it is certain we need to give back the respectful credibility and make sure it is a valid and quality respected Certification Program, which supports Vocational and Technical Training Programs. many of them give students more specific training in the fields it offers, without all the clutter of UN-needed programming such as many Universities demand, as a way to make money and prolong the term of gaining a profit.
Instead Vocation and Technical Programs focuses on the particular Vocation or Technical areas the student needs the training and expertise.

The tweaks to the 529 Plan can be useful. Especially in addressing Tax benefits it affords to the over all design.

A 529 Plan is an education savings plan operated by a state or educational institution designed to help families set aside funds for future college costs. It is named after Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Code which created these types of savings plans in 1996.

Instead of setting aside, It can be Investor supported, where it can function as a structured as a loan and repayment program with fixed cap on interest amount.

The money is paid from the lender directly to the organization providing the vocational or technical programs.

The Investor fund, profits on the student loans will be non taxable, as will the profit for management of the fund is non taxable.

Any monies the Fund has that earns interest, the interest is non taxable if 30-40% is set up to provide scholarship to Vocational and Technical Graduates who want to add more to their educational background for those students who meet certain criteria.

The Fund can lend money to Municipal Bonds program, as a way to earn interest on the excess funds not being immediately utilized.

This in turns benefits Municipalities to have means to borrow to fix communities, while at the same time, the interest they pay benefits the Student fund, and provides means for the Fund to support scholarships.

The Power of ‘Words” – (Utilizing the English Words)

The spirit of the black individual is what our young must become of note to regard.
If not for the early Africans who knew farming, as well as other living resource management skills.  America would not have risen in economic stature to the level it did within such a short span of global life cycle timing.
There was no skill that was beyond the black individual, many advancement were engineered by many of the blacks within the early days of America and still to this date, our ability of innovation is of great quality.
Our cultural choice to not utilize the English language becomes our challenge point.
Language was used to bring about separation from the economic modeling and the advent of the claim of professionalism,  as well as it was structured to usher denials unto the black individual.   To further confound the black individual,  English was the claimed language of the land, yet, as a culture we were denied the ability to learn and chastised if we spoke to fluently the verbiage of the English language with clarity.
To make the challenge more daunting, in each design of profession, English words were quickly converted to Latin and Greek  words put forth in a  disjunctive array of syllogisms.
thus the combining of statements, became a challenge point for the black individual who had not been afforded to learn the English terms, which were quickly supplanted with Latin and Greek terms.. Thus  the use of language became the bulwark  of protections for the whites  to guard against the black individual engaging the communion of subject matter.   This became more dominant in the usage when Law is brought to topic, as so when Medicine is brought to topic.

All the sciences were flitted with Latin terminology.  For Generations this process was an assurance that information and knowledge could be shared among whites  with a structured guard against the black individual from engaging the topic or gathering an understood flow of the topic discussion.
The same is applied with regard to economic models.

To our own challenge, we must move to learn not only the language of English meanings, but how that relates to the conversed  replacement with the interjection of  Latin terms.

To the betterment of our segment of society,we must have voice and speak words with clarity.  We need not pose contempt nor become confounded, but to be expressive with the command of the English wording in conveying our thoughts and expressed feeling.  Unfortunately,  we allow ourselves to choose the usage of slang, accompanied by  the  reluctance to make use of words that convey ideals not just responsive expressions which often times result to be of a defensive tonality.  Other words chosen come as a manner of diminishing rather than expanding our presence and assuring our clarity if put forth with confidence in our ideas and represent our ideals.

Rare in this society is a well spoken black individual pushed to the back with the same force that a poorly spoken black individual, who by the lack of choice to utilize the English wording becomes not only ignored but disregarded.

During Slavery, the denial of speaking ones native tongue was enacted with brute force. The denial of being afforded the means to learn collectively the English language was equally so enacted with brute force.

As of this very day – We rise by the use of words and speaking the language in clarity.   It is by the voice that doors become opened.
One may speak on any profession if first they learn the terminology that governs the discussion which bring forth the sharing of knowledge in any respective class  and category of profession.

We can look at History and Know  of many elements and factors, but we are overlooking the most basic tool we must utilize.   Our voice, by the usage of the language of the land.

It is by Word’s  that we learn of God.. It is “The Word”  of God that enlightens us, thus we must become aware of the value and meaning of ‘Words”…

Truth About Education

Every since the American system has tried to model itself against measurement of an Asian system, our school capability and learning has dropped.

Because: Americans learning is not centered in memorization for the sake of test scores, but; Americans learn to feed thought, promote thought and engage thought about things, develop and embrace creativity, investigate theory and process, Improve function and capabilitydiscuss and question objective and, premise, hold inquiry with a sense of value to discover and, uncover, and build new and innovative ways of thinking and doing things..  American Education is about expounding upon subject matter, not about memorization of dialog for the sake of test taking recall. 

If we want the truth, we must, learn, believe in god’s premise of understanding, regain a sense of hope and respect for the nation as being home. We must  re-embrace communication in our classrooms as well as our board rooms. We equally so should expand our ability to investigate in how education is performed and find the awareness and the temperance to indulge subject matter, where the young people can learn to embrace interactive feedback, and get rid of this short attention span. We may well need to abandon the contempt and put down responsiveness we’ve adopted as the general manner, when subject matter is brought to discussion. too often we seek nothing but pun and punch line sarcasm  as our main function, and we claim that as being communication.

Such a manner has brought a nation to function as if we take so much  for granted and being impatient, to the point we become ignorant  in our choices and actions, which brings us to neglect the way we learn and grow as American people.

We’ve become a nation which has hailed everything foreign to our priority. We pump money around the world and cry foul at any penny spent to help American people and, uplift and rebuild America. We’ve become so obsessed in this demeanor, we ignore our own children’s schools and fund them last, after we have pushed to fund everything foreign we can.

We must get away from system based on extortion racketeering structure”


We allow American colleges to become extortion rackets against the American peoples dignity. Turning our citizens into second class human beings, all based on if they don’t claim a paid for degree as their basis of human existence  Now we make it even more difficult for them to get an education, as the millionaire enterprises, we claim to be halls of higher educations. which today, have become nothing more than Corporations of another sort, which regulate who can and who can’t get a job.   Many of these organization have investment and profit from sports programs, which could reduce the cost of attendance to flat rate figures for a full term.  We claim it takes 4 years, when often time, students are forced to take classes which have nothing to do with their aspired aims, and could complete their primary induction into subject material in less years, if all the excess and un-required classes are extracted from the program as mandates.  Learning is an ongoing process, We push the delusion that 4 years will produce a genius, just because we hinge too much on the claim of degree.  We’ve become so obsessive with this cycle of process, until we have allowed these institution to dictate to  general function employers, who can and who can’t get a job.  It has become so absurd, until now,  certain jobs are now controlled by certain university corporations.  The more this cycle spins, the worst our nation becomes.

ROTE MEMORIZATION SYSTEMS

China is finding out that Rote memory training is producing many with high memorized material test scores but lack actual ability when it come to the job market and the investigative thinking it requires and, the expounding upon situation and subject matter.   We as American people are a society that is built by free thinkers, for free thinking. Chinese society is not based on this premise; they are based on learning tradition and following the script of tradition and not deviating from the script.

Make a Real Nation of Equality

Why can’t American educators understand American children, and remember this very crucial fact,  is because they have lost touch with what is the American way.  We run around the globe talking about human rights, and criticizing other nations,  and we have yet to dissolve the bigotry of racism in how we view people in this United States Republic.  We have economic bigotry and racial bigotry, which dominate every city in the nation.  these are the worst kind of human right abuses, because it drives people to abusively disregard others and label and create poverty centers, and then we try and blame it all on the impoverished.

The cost of opportunity today, is far less about ability and capability, but more about clique’s, paid access and extortion rate entry requirements, which often times have less to do about the nature of the work or the requirements of the job, and more to do about status markers.

America people have proven over and over, we can learn anything, and people are innovative and create in the process of their work to improve the work they do with products and services.  Today, we’ve attached the claim of needing a degree to do the most basic and simple of jobs, which have very little to do with a degree.    people so often in society do not even seek work in the field of their degree, they use the degree as a ‘pay elevation certificate, in a totally un-related field from that which they claim to hold certificate of degree.

Open access

We must open the doors of schools without the extortion rates current existing. When we take banks out of the equation and let the government provide the lending, then people won’t get stuck with 100-200K school debt.  this is how tax money goes to benefit the public who pays the taxes. People will repay the loans, because then the government can regulate the fact that people get the education they pay for.

“Substantiated” degree’s”

No child in this nation should be denied nor be faced with a maze of madness to go to higher education organizations.  a bachelor degree should be a bachelors degree, not based on which school it was attained but the fact that it is attained. it should require no less than one year of actual work in the field of study. and all of such type of degree should carry equal weight in its claim of being a degree.  The same applies to any other degree.  A Masters degree should not be issued in any field, until a person has put in 5 years of work in that particular field.   You can’t be a Master at something you’ve never done.  Then work credits go toward this claim of master degree status. and people who claim this status of degree actually know what they are doing when they claim this status.   Otherwise it is simply a sham being sold by the education corporations, as un-substantiated  certifications.

Respecting the capability of children

Our children can listen to a litany of words in a rap song, which speaks of multiple converging perspective, and they not only catch the flow but they identify with the connection of variables in the elements being conveyed. they don’t just memorize the words, they understand the context of what the words is describing, and they connect in their mind the situations which the context of the words flow is constructing.   We discount our kids, because we are trying to make them something they are not.

American Children are American children, they are not of the Chinese or General Asian culture nor are they based in the rote memory for test sake system, who learn  Memorize script, and are drilled to not deviate from tradition,

America is and will continue to be a place of innovators, innovative thinking, and exploring subject matter to expound on what it can discover.  Kinds loose interest in school, because it does not discuss subject matter, it only ask and demand then to engage rote memory and deny free thinking and free association of point, variable and factors.

TERM LIMITS FOR ALL POLITICAL OFFICES

Until the stiff out of touch politicians get out of the way, we will continue to have a declining educations system. Our politicians are interested too much in ‘re-election” and will mislead the public in every way imaginable, if they think it will get them another term in high pay, big perk office. With a giant pension.

Dogma scripting must go !  We as a society MUST get back to “common sense values, and respect of integrity in social function and individual human beings.

We have too much script trained PhD’s, who become logically dysfunctional and common sense ignorant. whom push delusion as they try and contain society based on professor based script, or repeating some material that is 30 yrs old by the time they engage it in the class, then they want the student to focus on memorizing it by script, rather than learning based on exploring the meaning, expanding the understanding, and being creative with the investigated learning.  they are not prompted to investigate, nor to ask question. They are often told… ‘we will get back to it later”, as a way to say shut up and just memorize.  and let me get thought this pre-programmed scrip, so I can appease the Principal or the head of the organization, so congress people can play score games, to manipulate budgets.

Multinational companies in China are having a difficult time finding qualified candidates for their positions. According to a recent survey of U.S.-owned enterprises conducted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, 37 percent of the companies that responded said that finding talent was their biggest operational problem. A separate

study by McKinsey Quarterly found that 44 percent of the executives in Chinese companies reported that insufficient talent was the biggest barrier to their global ambitions.

The explanation: a test-oriented educational environment.

China invented the keju system, which used tests to select government officials. It was a great invention because it enabled talents from across the society to join the ruling class regardless of their family backgrounds. Hence, a great meritocracy could be created. But it evolved into a nightmare for China as the system gradually changed into one that tested memorization of Confucian classics.

Keju is dead now but its spirit is very alive in China today, in the form of gaokao, or the College Entrance Exam. It’s the only exam that matters since it determines whether students can attend college and what kind of colleges they can attend. Because of its life-determining nature, gaokao has become the “baton” that conducts the whole education orchestra. Students, parents, teachers, school leaders and even local government officials all work together to get good scores. From a very young age, children are relieved of any other burden or deprived of opportunity to do anything else so they can focus on getting good scores.

The result is that Chinese college graduates often have high scores but low ability. Those who are good at taking tests go to college, which also emphasizes book knowledge. But when they graduate, they find out that employers actually want much more than test scores. That is why

another study by McKinsey found that fewer than 10 percent of Chinese college graduates would be suitable for work in foreign companies.

Chinese educators are well aware of the problems with the gaokao system and have been trying to move away from the excessive focus on testing. But seeking other valid indicators of strong academic records will take time, especially in a country of 1.3 billion people.

We had better wake up quickly and abandon this obsessive testing based system, and get back to learning the American way, by turning classroom into places where kids can engage subject matter, they can open discussion, engage exploration of subject material and expound on the concepts they are being presented.  We have killed creativity, and depressed our kids, by trying to contain them into memory robots. We wonder why they have lost the spirit of interest in schools. Because they find they get brain locked by the containment of a memory for test purpose process.

Our kids today can take any gadget and figure it out better than half the adults in this nation, but we dis-acknowledge the capable and we ignore what they demonstrate by these capabilities.  We are the worst generation imaginable for American educations.

Just as we are the greediest generation which destroyed the economy, by our thirst for leisure to the point we sold and gave away jobs, because people in suits told us we were no good, so they could pay themselves to turn us into clerks to push foreign goods, and consumers of foreign goods. They eroded income, down the level we can’t afford anything but cheap foreign goods, and its a cycle that support the influx of cheap foreign goods.

Pay American an American decent standard of wage to create American Products in American companies and American will buy American products produced by American people.   We became a nations of fools to turn our corporations over to people based on a script trained degree, that is based on greed for the system they were taught.   Prior generations had companies ran and operated by people who actually created things.

Today, we have script players using degrees, to set up elaborate pay systems for themselves and their alumni associations, and they have absolutely no respect for the American worker, nor the American investors.

Bankers proved this, and every other executive who used Tax payer money, and resumed to pay themselves for failure and rip off processes, and then give themselves another bonus for cutting benefits and diminishing wages, and shipping production out of the country. they pay the Right wing politicians, to insure they don’t have to pay tax into the American system.  This is what our reliance on test based degrees has brought to this nations.   Social and Economic Ignorance.

Ignorance has become so deep, we cut education and then claim it is a priority, we cut health care, because we are ignorant of the fact that a unhealthy nation is a weak nation.  These are two critical elements of the ignorance we have allowed to make decision from a right wing agenda based system.  They have insured that education is limited to the wealthy,  and they can push their greed principle, and indenture the people, and diminish the ability of the young people to learn, by trying to turn them into script memory robots. Instead of children who can think, and do think, children who can and will investigate and expound and expand their capability and creative ability.

We have an idiot system which is closing schools rather than enhancing them. We have people who destroy communities in the process, because schools are a basic of community. Ordinal land designation always was designed to provide space and facility of schools, Our greedy and self centered status consumed generation only can think to close schools, cut education budgets and talk defeatist spills in every corner of our society.  So the wealthy can gain another tax break and insure that kids become no more than memory robots, unless their parents can pay for a Private high priced school that actually engage in classrooms which actually engage students in discussion of subject matter.

We have been lulled into silence, by the people claiming degree, as if that makes them gods within society, to sell off industry, preach defeat and despair, and claim the high pay of greed for themselves, with no sense of respect for the people who actually work and perform the labors which make a nation strong.

Schools sit with un-used auditoriums, because we have no regard for cultural learning, programs and classes of music, art, crafts and sports has been tossed away, for the sake of building ‘memory robots” out of the kids, every program which teaching them how to work together, and play together and engage discovery together has been destroyed and wiped out of schools.

Empty grounds, because we have lost regard for physical education programs, tennis courts grow grass and basket ball courts have rusty rims with no net, and football fields, and tracks over-grown with grass as if its a forgotten part of the school.   Teachers don’t dress to come to class, some come looking like they just walked out of their back yard lounge chair.  Yet we wonder why we have un-groomed students, when they have to come to class and see teachers who have lost the respect to dress professional to be in a claimed professional position and classroom which is a suppose to be considered as a professional employees who is a teachers, office of work.

Our generation has insulted the whole system which built this nation as a high standard nation, now we are so low on the standard rating of systems, because we have lost regard for everything, which has trickled all the way down to the classroom level.

IF we were smart and all these claimed PhD were thinking, they’d know that educational funding is very much tied to homeownership.  And the taxes it brings in to support schools. If they were thinking, they’d push banks to drop the rate, and provide low interest fixed rate on homes, it may even be smart enough one day, to make home payment function as simple as car payments.  Then we would have homes occupied.    It makes no sense for a car to be paid for in 5-6-7 years, but the same expense of home, is set up to drain the homeowner for 30 years. It is a greed program, not a home ownership program.  No way should a person pay three times the value of the home in interest payments over 30 years.   Those who want 30 yrs give it to them, but respect the general public and make fee simple homeownership.  With fee simple rates.  Then the vast amount of the people’s money would go into the economy and not to banks for 30 years.   We turned our lives over to this banking criminal practice of 30 year loans, without questions.. And they have robbed the people for years upon years.  If a 30-50-100k car can be paid for in less than 10 years, then so should a home be equally set up on the same premise of financing.

If we had system which work, we’d have funds a plenty to support education, health care and every other thing, and not be strapped with the cry about inflation. We’d have a system with regulatory maintenance.

We again need to think about the value of “change’ and embrace the principal of Change

Look in the eyes of your children”.. you may be awakened

If each parent look in the eyes of their children, they may learn many things.

Let’s start with schools,  if you look in the eyes of your children, you may learn why they don’t perform as people did years ago, in academic endeavors.

One their schools have cut out all the programs that help build cultural and developmental pride.
They no longer have a band, they don’t have a choir, they don’t have 4H clubs, Girl Scouts and Boy Scout programs are gone, they don’t put on plays, and have no idea of what a drama class is, they don’t teach civics anymore, there is no sports teams at the elementary schools, there are not sports team at 75% of the junior high schools, there is no cheer leading programs, no tennis programs, no golf programs..  All this has been stripped away, all to try and turn them into accountants and bookkeepers, who result to have developed no social concept of self value, they have been robbed of cultural grooming programs, Arts and Crafts does not exist in many schools. and basic Home Economic  is not only void, it forgot to teach about basic financial management.
Instead of a society that is progressing , We’ve regressed so far, and all we can think to do is blame it on the kids.

All these programs taught social values, each of them taught team working, and how to function in a society with other human beings,  they taught the value of community, as well as gave kids something to belong to, of which they could take pride.  When these programs were removed, Gang increased, delinquency increased, and kids created their own networks.  Because of our failure and disregard to sustain and maintain these programs in our educational facilities.

Many educators became so elite minded, they forgot about these rudimentary things, all they could see was to groom corporate spokes, that could ride title for the sake of a dollar and status. but the humanity factor was tossed under the bus.

We cut programs because we say they cost too much, but it cost of 4 times as much for delinquency, and every other social malfunction which results because we have so little regard for positive and interactive social grooming programs.

Even churches across the city, with these elaborate facilities, that remains locked 5-6 days a week, all so the Pastor can claim how big of a building their church houses, but they have not functional social programs, that truly remain an open flow for children to utilize.  Church after church, became no more than ‘Real Estate Gambits”,  of buy and sell, and then move out on the outskirts and build new ones, but no one can fill those which already exist.   We never developed such a concept of ‘associate Ministry, because every pastor wants his own kingdom, rather rather than to think in terms, of Gods Kingdom, which is based on Unity, not denominational divides.  Even people today, talk more about the pastor than about the God the pastor should be directing them to honor.

Young people will gravitate to church, but they are not going to rush to “Fire and Brimstone methodology of teaching”, unfortunately some church are simply not willing to change to attract these young people.   young people want to learn what is good, what is right and what is positive, they don’t want to be beat over the head, but simply taught the lesson of wisdom, to put to functional use in their lives.

In Schools for the past 25 years kids have been telling educators, that the method of teaching is not only dis-interesting, but it become a bore in a world where technology has exposed them to many levels of functional application.  Kids have demonstrated by their quick grasp of technology, how advanced their ability is to learn, and they have show, they excel by interactive learning. Not just sitting with a book and listening to a lecture, that has no time to discuss anything, because of a scoring mandate. Which moves the lesson plan along to satisfy legislators, while it leaves the children behind, in unlearned situations.

Teachers can’t teach because they are mandated to push “rote memorization”, when Americans learn by interactive involvement, they want to know, the who, what when, where and certainly the “why’s”.. But today educations does not deal with it. The only response the Student gets is, being told, “We will get to it later”, but later never comes.

Young kids at many of the inner city schools do not even get free time recreation breaks, they are controlled as if they are in a boot camp and many are not even in the 4th or 5th grade.  they are herded to the cafeteria, and then whisked back to the classroom, and people wonder why they suffer from Attention deficit, and have un manageable energy, which is then exercised as class room disruptions.

No schools in higher income neighborhoods function this way, because the parents won’t allow it, and the students will make sure their parents know their human dignity liberty is stripped away, and they are being processed liked robots.  But this is done in the less financial and poor economic neighborhood schools as a scripted program and process.  The kids are considered to be trouble students, and then eyes of the adults convey that to them, and they respond in kind.

Look into the eyes of the children, and much can be seen.  when kids have programs they can join, such as sports, band, drama, dance, choir, 4h. Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Science programs, debate teams, swim teams, soccer, tennis, golf, and some of the sports that are only found at high income community schools.  Yet, we wonder why, kids rebel so much, when they are made to feel inferior by the things which has been taken from them.  they are made inferior by the opportunity programs, that is no longer a part of the school system.   Yet, we wonder why they are obese, and have no physical involvement in anything.

We are the Problem, as being the Adults of this society.   We allowed the status of material things, the status of job and title, and the claim that money makes us more than we are as social human beings.  We’ve become so obsessed into these things, we have diminished even the function of family engagement.

We’ve allowed greed of every sort to invade the industry of this nation, to the point, that we ourselves have become indentured servants to a system, that gouge us and strip away product quality and services.  Not because the company can’t make a profit, but because the executive ranks, want to make a kings ransom, or sell away the company and collect a bounty, while stripping and ripping and leaving American citizens unemployed.  We sit idle and watch executive compensations, imply that we are worthless as workers, when the executives pay themselves 100’s of time more than the average work, and then take away the basic benefits of the employees.

Even the simplicity of Lunch breaks are not taken, and people made to work an extra hour, for lunch, and this has cut away time for parents to be home with their children, or to go to their children after school functions, or to see to it their kids get to and from practices or participate in programs at their schools.

The more we swallow these things, in silence, the more poor society becomes in both the household economics, poor in social values, and there is almost no such things as community unity. its simply a group of houses in a common area, where people play status measurement against and upon each other, about who’s got a new car, and what kind of clothes they wear, and how fresh is the paint on their home.

We created this madness, the children did not create it, it is the Adults.  We think today, the only thing that matters, to is buy the kid the latest fashion costume, or gadget, and claim that we are the best parent, because of who’s kid has the most gadgets, and who’s kid is so elite they don’t even have to take out the trash or cut the lawn, or rake the leaves, or even to clean their own room.

Yet, we wonder what happen to society… Well, what happen is the Adults lost concern for the things which build a better citizenry.    some Areas do not even have a movie house, for kids to frequent, but they have enough nail shops and hair salons, or Circle K markets, and they are surrounded by enough Wal marts.    there is no such thing as a small craft shop, or a repair shop of any kind that a kid can get an after school job.  there is no more community business, that contribute to community center little league teams.   But here we are with a state motto as being “Sportsman Paradise’  – we should be purely ashame as to what we have allowed to erode.

We now have a society of obese adults, because status and looking what some call professional, in designer attire, has made people unaware of the need for physical activity.  the delusion is so deep, that people fix their hair, or slap on a wig, and paint their nails and buy a designer label, and forget that their body mass is expanding astronomically.

Unfortunately today, we have women in mass volume who have lost the appreciation of their natural selves, and wigs dominate the landscape, if one is in a situation where a wig is used for a various problems of some sort, that is not much of something to address. but when people simply choose a wig over, taking time to groom their hair, then that tells much of a story.

The kids in turn replicate this process, and we see excessive  obesity among the young people, it is so high, that it is a national security risk to the whole of the nation.

Today, we see parents go to schools, physically looking any kind of way, it never dawns on those parents  who do so craziness, to consider how  they invoke an embarrassing situation upon their kids.   it shows,  that when the parents has not the dignity of mindset to properly groom and prepare themselves to address the school their child attends, then what else do they ignore to consider as it relates to their child and themselves for that matter.
Sadly as a nation of people, we elect politicians, and they go to the State Capital as if they are a Guru, in turn, ignore the voice of the people, and go so far as to pass legislation that impact how to destroy education programs.  They should deal strictly with assuring that funding is provided to the school districts, not try and mandate how educations should be engaged on a district level. Nor telling districts what programs they must cut, and taking money away from cultural and social grooming programs within schools.

Most of the Politicians kids go to private school, yet, they are in the capital dictating public school programs, when they have no respect for it, otherwise if they did their kids would be attending public schools.
Voters need to be mindful of these things when they cast votes, until we rid this menace from the Political process.  You did not send them to the capital to dictate how schools education is conducted, you sent them there to assure that funding is allocated to support schools systems, not to sit and monitor the grades of students and play jockey games with the funding, because they want scores, for their political benefit. at the expense of children, and providing them a full rounded educational experience.

Politicians won’t address banking rip offs and the collusive rips and strip interest rate games banks play, but they want to get involved in how your child is afforded an full service educational experience.

If Politicians, understand what matters, they would have put a cap and freeze on home interest rates, in the namesake of children, schools and community, because when they allow banks to create a climate of foreclosure, it directly takes away from taxes that support schools.  and give that money to greedy bankers, by kicking people out of homes with exaggerated interest rates.

Society must learn how to connect the dots, and they will know quickly, how to fix the problems that face this society.

We can pay billions to fight wars we can’t win, but we can’t spend billions to improve our educational system, yet we wonder why we’ve fallen below 26th in the world as it relates to educations, and we’ve fallen off the charts in industrial stability.

This nation no longer respect the common worker, unless they are given a title of some sort, and this translates to bad situations for the children of today and their vision of being respected in the days of tomorrow.

How can we improve Student Interest in Educations – {ideas, thoughts and ways of options anyone ??}.

Yes.,. There is a reason… We need to investigate and seek to understand varying methods of learning. But as well understanding what type of learning brought us to be the most innovative nation of the 20th Century, and we may even astound the world with our ability to become so, for the 21st Century.

The world pushes the image of Chinese and Japanese students with a claim as being the better . But it neglects to realize, they for example in China focus on “Rote Learning”, and that is memorization based.
American Students, focus on exploratory investigation and modification enhancements in what they learn, and how they learn.  It involves, the what, when, where, how and why’s- this is the curious nature of the American minds, and the premise of a society that functions based on “free thinking” and “free speaking”,  something that is not a standard in China nor Japan- so the equation of models are skewed and not on a parallel.  Learning is many things far more than memorization, but process understanding of applications and variables of application, it also involves the who what when where and why’s, as becoming means of interactive mental explorations.  Which in turn cements the understanding within reflective engagement of subject matter?

Our system are failing because we no longer investigate, we simply teach with expectations for memorization, and that is not the model mindset of Americans.  We need to embrace what is American and not try and re-mold our systems based on standards of Asiatic nations that function different from ours.  We some how became so enamored about foreign culture process, we diminished to respect and regard our own process. Our process is the process  which led to the American ingenuity and creativity.   It opened the minds of youth, and held their interest and they aspired accordingly. When we abandoned that, we became like the other nations, trying to base it on rote memorization and basing testing on such, and the result we diminished the talent growth of our youth.  The result, they lost interest in education.

When we see this, we may learn to teach with that in mind, and engage our students, with interactive learning methods and hands on applications, and they will shine like a million candle powered light…our youths minds are lightening fast, and we try and stifle it into some model that simply diminishes their spirit for investigative learning. We flat out Ignored the teaching of “civics, and wonder why our youth don’t understand “civic pride”…  we started focusing on elitism, and not individualism in respect of person and growth. and what resulted was we created a cast system for our schools, based on economic well to do, vs, economically challenged, and then we added in the ghetto complex, of diminished methods to engage those who lived in economic disadvantaged areas, by stripping and ripping every program that had interactive and team building life learning, such as sports, clubs and other programs.

We turned and headed backwards, and wonder why our nations is in decline,  We began to measure our youth by a standard of a world, that does not push ingenuity, creativity and free thinking, and tried to turn our youth into script learners, rather than process and understanding engagers, who pursue to expound, not to memorize.  They remember by the impact of experience learning leaves as impression, not by how categorical they can memorize things.

Words represent things, and things have a living spectrum unto it, far beyond the order of the alphabets that denote the word and its pronunciation.  We once learned what words actually mean, and what was within the meaning that words represented.  and learned something of the life engagement those words denoted.

We ill measure ourselves against a system that is not even relative to our system.   Rote learning is not the American model. Americans want to know the how, what when, and where, and why’s of matters, and unless kids get that, they loose interest in cycled lecture  with no  interactive exploratory depth teaching methods. And they want to avoid school or they become non participating. and instead go outside of school looking for mental stimulations that become interactive en
You don’t See China as a major innovation force, but as a massive reproductive unit, the same a was Japan in it’s hey day, they were proficient duplicators.  Japan began to progress when they adopted the model of American Learning, which involved, investigative exploration, and exploratory investigation of subject matter; they grew when they learned to use the minds of the people for modification enhancements and variable applications, and procedural grasp, in how they learned.

and we diminished ourselves, by trying to revert to Rote learning as the model, and what we have done is diminished creativity, and labeled our youth as non productive and educationally in efficiency, because we measure them on the wrong model, and in doing so we teach them based on the wrong model.
They loose interest because we no longer challenge their minds to learn way to innovate and investigate, we want them only to remember to meet a test mandate, to pass a score based State Testing model.  So we choose a process of self defeat of the creativity that built this nation.

Schools active arts programs are down rated, we have not City wide promotion of Arts and Science fair for our students, we have not projects city wide that involve our students in creative endeavors.

We have all the tools and we even have the capability within our schools.  But where is the Software development classes, where is the classes that teach entry level robotics, yet we claim to focus on math and science but we don’t utilize the tools we have to make “functional modeling curriculum’ which becomes hands on, student involvement,. And we think it can be purely text book based, when we have a youth population that is starving form some hands on interactivity within the classroom setting.

We have become so pathetic in our realizations of things, we have removed, sport teams from many schools, and the massive grounds sit empty. When every school should have its basket ball, both for girls and boys, and other sports. Nearly every school has Tennis courts, but they sit like an eye sore on campus, TOTALLY neglected unless one is part of a high income community.  And we wonder why6t our youth grow up without learning Team working skills.

We have some schools with Low Enrollment, not because it’s not a good school, but because we have become so elite minded, that we only want to focus on giving city wide respectful regard to schools where the parents have money. When all schools are equally important, all shcools should have interactive programs both of sports and other things.
Where are the Debate Groups, that can debate Math and Science, and other matters which are educationally relevant?  Where is our interlinked Youth Talent contest that functions on a yearly basis.

To date.. Has anyone planned for the coming spring to have various Universities, to come to schools and talk about college enrollment and what our junior and seniors can gain from college? NO… we sit blinded and unaware expecting the kids to know how to navigate this process all alone unless they have parents who are themselves college graduates who can guide them.

We have massive auditorium that go un-used, because no one is planning nor organizing these type of speaking engagements for students. And we wonder why our kids remain unaware.

We write them off, when we may need to find out how to change our methods and manners.  We have means for laws, we have ordinance, when these kids come with their pants sagging, then we have every means to haul their parents to court on the violation of the no sag gin ordinance, because they parent is the legal guardian.  Yes, there are ways to deal with this madness.

If a child is in school.. We make it MANDATORY, “Every Student” who is without legal mental deficiency, must be made to read “TWO BOOK’s” per semester school year.   the libraries have free books year round and they are available just by “checking” it out. a signature is all that is needed.  and they provide the pen to do it.

We spend a great deal on our education system.. And its time we get our moneys worth from the youth who get this opportunity without person dollar expense.
